In this chapter I will cover pretty much all the most basic techniques that you should master. You will then be able to build on these fundamentals to make much more complex dishes without the use of recipes!
Even if you are competant in the kitchen already I recommend going through each of these sections (a number of them are quite small) as they may contain some information that you didn't know.
There is no real order to these techniques, just be sure to get them all.
