- Reducing your sauce is a great way to thicken it up a bit, but it will also up the flavors. Reducing is simple, just simmer the sauce and let the water evaporate until you get the desired consistency.
- You can also add some butter at the end to of your sauce creation to add a richness and smoothness to it.
