Welcome to Cooking with Eric.com, an online, free cooking school, by arriving at this site you have taken the first step in learning how to become a better cook!

Learning how to cook is a fantastic way not only to save money (especially if you have a family) but also to manage your weight, eat healthier, better food! Plus, if you learn to cook, you get to eat what you want, when you want, are you in the mood for Japanese food? If you learn to cook you won't have to worry if there's not a restaurant nearby, you can make your own!

Throughout this site I will teach you all the basic cooking techniques and cooking tips that you need to know to be able to get around the kitchen with ease. However, this online cooking school is still brand new and under continual construction, but I will be adding new sections as fast as I can.

So if you want to learn to cook or if you already know how but would like to improve your skills, please, come on in and start learning!

A great idea is to register to create a FREE account, this will allow you to have a much more personalized experience with this online culinary school, plus you will be able to add your own recipes and comment on others' recipes!
